Ceramic Roller

Roller Hearth Kiln is a conveyor type kiln. The kiln enables processing of material from one end to the other including the inspection, packing to be in one continuous cycle. This continuous kiln is the most energy efficient, because heat given off during the cooling cycle is recycled to pre-heat the incoming material to be fired..

Ceramic Rollers used in roller hearth kiln need to satisfy specific criteria such as excellent thermal shock resistance, high alumina content and good B.D. The straightness tolerances are very strictly maintained to ensure that the rollers are straight. If you are installing our rollers for entire kiln, we ensure that our technical service personnel come to train your personnel on how to load the rollers.

	Specifications are confirmed with the customer before finalizing the final dimensions. According to the customer’s drawing, rollers will be cut and drilled before dispatch.

	All procedures are laid out clearly for each stage of the roller manufacturing
