High Alumina lining ball mills and pebbles used
We used special roofing to completely avoid any contamination during the manufacturing process (such as dust, other organic matters)
Sourcing
Raw materials for ceramic rollers such as Calcined Alumina and plastic clays are available in abundance in India.
Process
Highly qualified and experienced staff is in charge of the manufacturing process with rigorous quality controls at each and every stage of the manufacturing.
Specifications are confirmed with the customer before finalizing the final dimensions. According to the customer’s drawing, rollers will be cut and drilled before dispatch.
Testing
We frequently test for crystaline structure and Alumina content of the rollers.
