Futura Ceramics has a constant endeavour to be at the cutting edge of product development and also sustainable development. It is to be noted that there is immense threat for the environment of fossil fuels across the globe. The threat is two pronged. One being the imminent exhaustion of the fossil fuels. The other being the preparedness of users of electricity for alternate modes of power generation. We at Futura believe that it is not just the responsibility of Governments and protocols signed under the UN Task Forces. It is the duty of each and every individual and entity. We firmly believe in conserving electricity. We have installed specific devices whereever possible to reduce peak consumption of electricity by most efficiently running the various electric motors.

In addition, we looked at the options of investing in green energy, and we have installed a 250 kW Windmill which generates nearly the entire amount of power that we use through out the year making us unique in fending for our power consumption almost exclusively through sustainable green energy generation method that does not pollute the environment and thus fulfill a promise to our society - of being a socially responsible corporate entity.
